EARTH DAY 2023

Every year on April 22, Earth Day is a celebration that attempts to increase public awareness of environmental problems and encourage sustainable lifestyles. Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, is the best way to start toward a better path for the planet!

Making adjustments to your personal grooming routines that encourage sustainability and decrease waste is one way to honor Earth Day.

FIRST: REDUCE

- You can reduce the amount of water you use by traditional wet shave. The shave that a wet-shave produces is close and clean enough it reduces the amount of times you have to shave in a year... Ultimately reducing the amount of water used.

SECOND: REUSE

-Wet shaving also has more environmentally friendly packaging than the alternatives like aerosol shaving cream.  

All packaging at Zingari Man is recyclable (depending on where you live), and most is reusable.

You can use empty Shave Soap containers to hold other toiletry items like q-tips, hair ties, or bar soap. All you have to do is use your Shave Soap until it's mostly empty. Then wipe out the container with alcohol wipes and boom! Reusable container. 

OR after finishing a Recovery Splash, empty out the bottle, clean it, and use it to hold other liquids like dish soap, or a little vase for a flower.

THIRD: RECYCLE

- One grooming practice that can be more environmentally efficient than using disposable razors or cartridge razors is wet shaving with reusable razors and recyclable blades. Often razor cartridges and disposables end up in landfill.
