Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of the products we make, we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment if you have any issues. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange if you don't contact us within 5 days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ihaveaquestion@zingariman.com.
